**Responsibilities & Job Description**:

- Strong customer service skills & provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare Craft Tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers.
- Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed.
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) and safely handle cash.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by the following company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Be a dynamic leader and brand ambassador for our Location.
- Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stockroom.
- Adhere to all the cleaning protocols for all operations in the store.

**Requirements & Preferences**:

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required
- Food & Beverage experience considered an asset.
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late evening, weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to work weekends and weekdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour
