We are currently looking to fill 1 full time position in our bakery department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the bakery premises are kept clean and presentable at all times, including cleaning countertops, floors, equipment, and display cases. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment.
- **Product Handling**: Assist in receiving and unpacking daily shipments of bakery products. Slice, package and merchandise all product from the morning bake ensuring they are attractively presented and well-stocked throughout the day.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take orders, handle transactions accurately, and provide assistance and information about bakery products.
- **End of Shift Duties**: Assist in closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas, storing equipment and ingredients properly, and completing end-of-day cashouts.
- **Flexibility**: Be available to work flexible hours, as early a 6am and as late as 8pm, including weekends and holidays, as the bakery operates seven days a week. Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet business demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
