Experienced Barber

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling services, including consultations and executing styling requests
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Promote and upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations
- Support team members in maintaining a professional and organized environment

**Experience**
- Previous experience in barbering is essential
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques or cosmetology training is mandatory
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations
- Experience in upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction is advantageous
- Familiarity with front desk operations or administrative tasks is preferred but not essential
