- Direct and control traffic flow around construction sites using appropriate hand signals and signage.
- Ensure the safety of both workers and the public by monitoring traffic conditions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to provide clear instructions.
- Set up and dismantle traffic control devices as needed.
- Maintain a high level of awareness regarding site conditions and potential hazards.
- Assist in coordinating with heavy equipment operators during paving operations.
- Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Flagger or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Experience in paving operations is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.
