**Position: Lead Pond Construction Technician**

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Pond Construction Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a “can-do” attitude, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lead and inspire a team, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the installation of ponds, waterfalls, and other water features.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 1-4 crew members.
- Ensure adherence to company and safety policies.
- Use user-friendly apps for paperwork and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn pond and waterfall installation or previous construction experience.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record and a personal vehicle (transit not accessible).
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 100 lbs regularly.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with relevant apps and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in landscape construction, including brick/natural stone installation, fence installation, hardscaping, and softscaping.
- Knowledge of irrigation installation.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive wages between $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
