What you’ll do

Your primary responsibility will be to call our existing customers and carry out the following tasks:

- **Facilitate Customer Engagement**: Book meetings for Account Managers with key decision-makers that have been identified as leads to discuss growth opportunities.
- **Identify Opportunities**: Find upsell and cross-sell leads by identifying customer needs and passing them to the Account Management team.
- **Support Account Managers**: Work closely with Account Managers to support their customer’s needs and requests while ensuring CRM data remains up to date.
- **Drive Product Adoption**: Train end-users on our platform to ensure they fully understand its features and most of all, the benefits of Kimoby to their success.

- 2 years of experience in a customer facing role or enough of the above skills to show us you've got what it takes to get the job done

Ton rôle au quotidien

Ta principale responsabilité sera d’appeler nos clients existants et de réaliser les tâches suivantes:

- **Favoriser l’engagement client** - Planifier des rencontres pour les gestionnaires de comptes avec les décideurs clés identifiés comme leads afin de discuter des opportunités de croissance.
- **Identifier des opportunités** - Détecter les opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell en identifiant les besoins des clients et en les transmettant à l’équipe de gestion des comptes.
- **Soutenir les gestionnaires de comptes** - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec eux pour répondre aux besoins et demandes des clients tout en s’assurant que les données du CRM restent à jour.
- **Encourager l’adoption du produit** - Former les utilisateurs sur notre plateforme pour qu’ils comprennent pleinement ses fonctionnalités et, surtout, les avantages de Kimoby pour leur succès.

- **Bilingue** - Près de 95% de tes appels seront en anglais, tu dois donc maîtriser cette langue pour avoir du succès dans ce rôle.
