a.p.i. ALARM INC is a leading provider and integrator of security technology, since 1983 a.p.i. ALARM INC has exceeded the standards set out by the Underwriters Laboratories of Canada, providing security and peace of mind to over one million Canadians from Coast to Coast.

We are currently recruiting for our Technical Team. Our Technicians are responsible for the installation and servicing of access control, CCTV,ULC/NON-ULC security and fire monitoring systems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 -3 years experience working with alarm systems
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- The ability to work at heights 15-30 feet
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience working with CCTV/Access control systems
- Experience with Bosch/DSC/Honeywell/Kantech
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with security systems, networks and low voltage electronics
- Professional positive attitude is a must.
- Knowledge in ULC standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
