We are looking for a full-time, permanent Junior Service Advisor for our Service Department team

Description:

- Greets customers, schedules appointments, and receives vehicle information.
- Listens to requests of the service desired and explains the repair.
- Generates profit by selling service, repairs and parts.
- Estimates the cost and time needed to do the repair.
- Handles customer concerns and ensures high customer satisfaction standards.
- Promotes service facilities to encourage repeat business.
- Checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer when technicians discover additional problems; gets customer approval to do any additional work and explains the work performed and the charges being billed.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
