**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Assign tasks to team members according to the priorities established by the supervisor, and manage emergencies as needed.
- Support the technical development of team members in collaboration with the supervisor
- Inspect, adjust, repair and install all production, industrial, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment or tooling in accordance with drawings, specifications and the manufacturer's maintenance manual
- Advise the maintenance planner on corrective and preventive maintenance to be carried out
- Ensure the safety of workers, subcontractors and colleagues, and the cleanliness of work areas
- Replace supervisor as needed

**With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role**:

- DEP in electromechanics or equivalent
- 10 years' experience in an industrial maintenance role
- Very good knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics, welding and plumbing.
- Ability to read (drawings), write and interpret information relating to manufacturing processes.
- Good problem-solving skills, autonomy and team spirit.
- Must be able to communicate with ease.
