Cement Finisher

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform finishing tasks including caulking, drywall installation, and masonry work.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required for various tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the finishing process.
- Execute concrete forming and other construction-related activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in finishing work or related fields such as carpentry or masonry.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction and finishing processes.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Experience in reading blueprints is highly desirable.
