Painter/labourer

PineHill Painters is a growing residential painting company serving Belleville and surrounding areas. We take pride in delivering clean, professional, and high-quality work to homeowners who care about their space.

We’re currently hiring a **skilled and reliable painter/labourer** who is **coachable, hardworking**, and looking to grow with a company that values strong character just as much as experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, masking, minor patchwork)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow instructions and safety procedures
- Work efficiently in both indoor and outdoor conditions

**Requirements**:

- **Painting experience is required** (residential or commercial)
- **Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license**:

- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
- Strong work ethic and a great attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Punctual, professional, and takes pride in their work
- Must possess great communication skills
- Responsible
- Friendly
- Act with integrity (You do what you say)

**Work Location**:

- Based in **Belleville, Ontario**:

- Projects throughout Belleville and surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation is essential. Must OWN vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $19.50-$25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
