**About You**

You’re a people-person at heart who is passionate about providing a warm and welcoming hospitality experience to Guests. As someone who takes great pride in their work, you stop at nothing to provide top-of-the-line customer service and an unmatched experience. You love to explore and go on adventures, and you find yourself inspired by the world around you every day.

**A Day in the Life**
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to our Guests through sharing your extensive product knowledge.
- Lead the retail team by ensuring all store functions are flowing smoothly and intervening supportively when you identify unaddressed issues.
- Transfer your product knowledge to the team through your approachability and mentorship.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Balance pressing and competing business needs with exceptional customer service and team leadership.
- Leverage your affinity for cash-management to handle cash with accuracy and care while driving daily sales targets.
- Engage with Guests and provide timely support for their inquiries by leveraging your product knowledge.
- De-escalate issues that arise with your unwavering level-headedness and conflict resolution skills.

**Your Qualifications**
- 1+ year of Guest Service or retail experience.
- 1+ year of experience as a cashier and with Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- 1+ year of cash management experience.
- You THRIVE in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task with ease.
- You have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and bring ALL the energy to work every day
- You’re dedicated to providing truly unmatched Guest experiences
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are highly collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills - you're a true people-person
- You are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You are able to lift and carry 20lbs.
- You can work rain or shine
