Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry
- Experience with cashiering and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail during peak periods
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience plus tips. This position is full-time.
