Production Assistant - full time, permanent.
The Production Assistant works within a small team, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure efficient and accurate completion of product manufacturing. The Production Assistant manages in-bound and out-bound logistics and maintains consistent workflows through the production management system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate projects from order to delivery
- Maintain inventory and shop supplies
- Maintain accurate data in all project management systems
- Control production drawings and coordinate with design
- Coordinate material and supplier logistics
- Receive and maintain accurate inventory
- Scheduling and coordinating project deliveries
- Create BOL’s and maintain accurate freight records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated to maintain and develop effective processes
- Strong mathematical ability
- Highly adept with Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate resources
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects
