**You as Maintenance Planner will**:

- Set maintenance schedules in support of specialized trades people and available capacity as per upcoming, current and future project demand;
- Be responsible for the transactional process of planning within the management team for Tech On the Move (TOM) to ensure accurate project orders and purchase releases based on required dates of projects; collaborate with TOM team(s) to manage capacity constraints;
- Responsible for ensuring timely completion of work orders/project deliverables, while expediting and completing anything which finds itself close to or at past due;
- Generate and release work orders/schedules to trades people for the planned/ scheduled work to be completed;
- Develop and execute improvements to focus on inventory reduction and material shortages;
- Responsible for gathering and reporting established planning metrics in support of the overall deliverable metrics;
- Analyze to ensure all regulatory scheduled/planned workload is being performed and ensure to captured within current system management processes;
- Regular interactions with functional department staff heads and other internal stakeholders, as well as external relationships with suppliers, customers and other EllisDon employees as required;
- Other related activities when required

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in a Maintenance planning/scheduling role within large facilities and trades specific group;
- Knowledge of tools and working knowledge of Maintenance management preferred;
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
