We work with our clients to ensure that every step of the process surpasses expectations and delivers a superior end-product.
**Company Heritage**
From 1964 to the present day, architectural millwork has been at the core of our family-run business. From our humble beginnings as a cabinet-making shop, we have grown to a 200,000 sq ft facility that specializes in large-scale, high-end commercial installations. Over multiple generations, we built our business on two main pillars: producing high-quality products and ensuring client satisfaction is always powered by consistency and dependability.

- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce quality control measures for paint and finishing processes to meet Safina Industries' rigorous standards for craftsmanship and client specifications.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all paint shop equipment, including automated paint lines (e.g., Cefla), sprayers, and finishing tools, ensuring they are functioning optimally and safely.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all paint shop activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper ventilation, material handling, and waste disposal procedures.
- **Team Development**: Train, mentor, and develop paint shop personnel, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
- **Material Management**: Manage inventory of paint, coatings, stains, and other finishing supplies, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock. Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment as needed.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on paint shop performance metrics, including production output, material usage, and labor costs. Provide regular updates to senior management on shop performance.
- **Cost Efficiency**: Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to monitor and control the costs associated with paint and finishing operations, balancing budget adherence with maintaining high-quality standards.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years in a production or paint shop management role, ideally in the custom millwork or woodworking industry with a focus on high-volume environments.
