CareProvide is looking for competent, caring and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSW) to become a member of our team and contribute to our mission of providing specialized, quality care to clients across Ontario. CareProvide PSWs offer a range of medical services that help seniors and injured individuals settle down or heal in the privacy of their own homes.

**Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Comprehensive Assistance of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Shower and Personal Hygiene Management
- Mobility Assistance & Simple Exercises
- Personal Care Assistance
- Certified Medication Assistance
- Hoyer Lift Transfer
- Alzheimer's Care
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Hospice and palliative support

**Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a PSW
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Clean Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the job, which may include lifting, transferring, and assisting clients with mobility
