**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Comprehensive Assessments**: Utilize your expertise to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- **Develop Tailored Treatment Plans**: Create and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
- **Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams**: Work closely with physicians, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date client records, adhering to all regulatory standards.
- **Engage in Continuous Learning**: Stay ahead in your field by participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- **Educate and Empower Clients**: Provide clients and their families with effective strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications:

- ** Education and Experience**:

- Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech-Language Pathologists required.
- Three years’ experience providing Speech-Language Pathology services preferred.
- Experience completing in-home assessments and treatments; knowledge of auto insurance and legal system is an asset particularly medical/legal report writing.
- Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments. Strong communication (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills.
