**General Purpose**:
This executive position is responsible for sourcing materials, goods, and services for two North American locations, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining up-to-date, accessible agreements and documents. The role focuses on supplier evaluation, sourcing decisions, and improving quality, service, and profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory levels and accuracy, minimizing obsolescence, and ensuring compliance.

**Key Activities include but are not limited to**:

- ** Sourcing/Negotiations**: Develop vendor metrics, conduct annual reviews, manage strategic sourcing, and handle contract negotiations.
- ** Vendor Management**: Keep supplier documentation current, resolve vendor quality issues, ensure GMP compliance, and manage supply risks.
- ** Spare Parts Management**: Standardize processes for dual-site support and maintain information flow for maintenance, inventory, and costing.
- ** Inventory Management**: Develop optimal stocking levels, minimize obsolete inventory, track rebuild inventory, and ensure inventory accuracy.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- SCMP, CPP, CPPM, or CSCP certification
- 5+ years of procurement and inventory experience, with a focus on North American sourcing
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- ERP, Supply Chain, and Microsoft Office proficiency
