Located at 57 Adelaide Street East, Terroni Adelaide is housed inside the historic York County Court House. With a beautiful bar at the entrance, fireplaces, lush hidden garden patio, spacious dinning areas and intimate lounge space this is truly a unique place to eat, and work. Currently we are looking for **Barbacks** to join our dedicated team. We have both full and part-time positions available.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Stocking liquors, beer and wine.
- Ensuring that liquor, beer and wine are fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Anticipating the needs of the bartender throughout the night.
- Helping the sommelier stock the wine cellars.
- Wash and sterilize glassware.
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
- Clear and reset bar and bar area when needed.
- Ensuring wine cellars are organized in terms of wine regions.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills.
- Have a working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Smart Serve certified or willing to obtain.
