**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience
- Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and desired outcomes
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a hair stylist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Retail sales experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R2R 1S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- hair styling: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
