And our mission is to advance how the world manages information with the very best service. **The Impact You Could Make** The Area Operations Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Canadian Area Operations Director and the individual markets, regional leadership, and accounts receivable/billing teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of the life cycle of orders (order generation to invoice) through process excellence and support for internal teams and clients. **Your Daily Responsibilities** - In collaboration with Canadian Area Operations Director provide general operational support to regional areas and teams. - Support creation of workflows, standard operating procedures and documentation. - Utilize Business Process Management skills to support standardization and optimization of business processes and systems. - Assist Account Executives, Sales, Client Care with operational guidance and clarity as required. - Provide daily oversight and support for the internal work order close process. - Execute reports and system insights to assure work orders are closed < 48 hours. - Communicate work order delays and challenges with market leadership and billing. - Support unique invoice requirements for customers. - Communicate QC reports sent by Billing Teams to each individual market to make any necessary corrections. - Work directly with markets to complete monthly audit and close process. - Initiate monthly billing procedures in a timely manner, to meet two-day billing close. - Monitor client accounts receivable aging reports for assigned area or markets. - Track past due balances on client accounts and reduce amount of delinquent accounts as necessary. - Track and resolve discrepancies with client accounts. Make calls to clients as necessary to inquire about payments and resolve outstanding payment issues. - Send copies of invoices, credit memos, statements, and collection letters to clients as needed. - Monitor outstanding account balances for determination of next steps in the collection process. - Provide clear communication and client service on collection issues to clients and internal business partners. - Perform other duties as assigned. **More About You** - Accounting designation an asset. - Experience in collections/accounts receivables as asset. - Highly organized with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the completion of paperwork and other assignments - Ability to work independently with an understanding of when to get others involved. - Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and procedures while exercising judgment and discretion in problem situations. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate with tact and poise in demanding situations. - Professionalism in all internal and external interactions - Excellent presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - An understanding of billing, collections, and receivable procedures required. - Bilingualism (French and English) is a bonus but not required for the role. **Why Access?** - 18-month Contract - Competitive Annual Salary - Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance - Paid Vacation, Sick and Personal days - Retirement program with company match - Ability to work from home. - Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many client contractual requirements require that Access Team Members be fully vaccinated in order to service those client accounts.
