Split-fire Sales is an OEM for Log Splitters, Wood Chippers, Hose Winders and Custom Products for customers around the world. Split-fire is searching for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Inside Sales. Split-fire has aggressive growth plans around new products in new markets so this individual must be a critical thinker and a great communicator.
Inside Sales is responsible for direct customer, dealer, and distributor sales. Furthermore, this individual will advise and assist in sales software, marketing materials, sales strategies, agreements and quotas for customers and will search and influence product design and new sales opportunities where needed.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build positive rapport with all customers.
- Facilitate direct sales with customers in North America.
- Create sales strategies and quotas for Dealers and Distributors.
- Contribute to marketing and sales strategies for new products.
- Ensure that all sales support materials are consistent and accurate with respect to the product offering.
- Assist with the gathering and development of competitive and market intelligence materials.
- Develop tracking and report ROI on all sales activities.
- Creative/experimental sales ideas and ability to identify sales avenues.
- Develop valued-added sales support material.
- Ability to work with team members on trade show material, strategies, and organization.
- Creation of training material for dealers and distributors.
Ability to travel up to 1-2 weeks of the year. (All expenses paid by Split-fire)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in business an asset.
- Experience with agricultural / manufacturing equipment and sales an asset.
- Creative and technical writing ability.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong relationship and time management skills;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficient with MS Office;
This is a Full-Time position with compensation based on yearly salary. Compensation based on
