Voici une journée type:
- Identifier les occasions d’affaires pour la clientèle actuelle et potentielle selon les critères établis par le directeur du centre.- Maximiser les ventes auprès de tous les clients. Proposer des produits alternatifs et complémentaires.- Répondre aux besoins des clients et trouver des solutions adéquates, selon le cas.- Développer et maintenir des relations à long terme avec les clients et les fournisseurs.- Maintenir une excellente connaissance de la clientèle, des produits et de la concurrence.- Suivre l’évolution de la rentabilité et du crédit des clients. Informer le directeur de toute tendance négative.- Travailler avec l’équipe afin de comprendre les forces et les possibilités et recommander des solutions pour améliorer la promesse client.
