Playground is rapidly expanding and is currently seeking an energetic and talented **_Waiter / Waitress_** **to join our dynamic and guest-centric team.

We are seeking skilled **_Waitresses / Waiters_** to take orders and serve food and beverages to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed knowledge on all menus and collecting payments. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Have detailed knowledge of all menu items.
- Make recommendations and respond to inquiries concerning menu items.
- Take customer’s orders and serve food & beverages.
- Clear and clean tables.
- Collect and process payments.
- Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French).
- Previous working experience as a Waitress / Waiter required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Playground est en pleine expansion et est actuellement à la recherche d'un **_serveur/serveuse_** énergique et talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et centrée sur les clients.

Nous sommes à la recherche de **_serveuses et de serveurs_** qualifiés pour prendre les commandes et servir les aliments et les boissons à nos clients. Vos principales responsabilités consisteront à accueillir et à servir les clients, à leur fournir des informations détaillées sur tous les menus et à percevoir les paiements. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles et aimer travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.

**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un service supérieur et maximiser la satisfaction des clients.
- Avoir une connaissance détaillée de tous les articles du menu.
- Faire des recommandations et répondre aux demandes de renseignements concernant les articles du menu.
- Prendre les commandes des clients et servir les aliments et les boissons.
- Débarrasser et nettoyer les tables.
- Collecter et traiter les paiements.
- Faire la balance de la caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail.

**Exigences**:

- Doit être bilingue (anglais et français).
- Expérience professionnelle préalable en tant que serveur/serveuse requise.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation.
- Être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée du quart de travail.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
- Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés.
