**_The following is a part-time summer student position, working 7 hours/week (0.2 FTE)._**

As the **Clerk, Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC)**, you will review and audit electronic IPAC records.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct clerical tasks to audit electronic IPAC records, including resource, reference and reporting documentation.
- Responsible for historical data audit.
- Compare paper files to PDFs and to individual file content, scan missing pages, remove staples and sticky notes and organize files to be destroyed.

**CONTRACT DURATION**
- May 1, 2025 to August 29, 2025 (Monday to Friday, 7 hours/week)
- This position will work on-site in CPSA's office located in downtown Edmonton.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as excel and word
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Attention to detail and a quick learner

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of related experience.

**RATE OF PAY**
- $25.00/hr plus 4% vacation paid on each cheque
- Reimbursement of parking, bus pass or bus tickets will be provided
