**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry knowledge of our signature products and menu items
- Take walk-in orders quickly, efficiently, and with great customer service
- Take advance orders (pre-orders), following appropriate procedures and policies
- Answer all customer inquiries with great attitude, care, and efficiency
- Ensure all payment protocols and procedures are followed strictly according to company guidelines and training
- Ensure all food/ product packaging is always ready and organized
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized service counters
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food display areas and trays
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) food and service handling
- Ensure all food and order labels are properly assigned and accounted for
- Ensure fellow staff and customers are adhering to proper COVID-19 protocols, procedures, and policies
- Disinfect all frequently touched areas
- Bake some pastries and aid in kitchen/ order prep during busier seasons
- For closing shifts; clean, mop, sweep, dust, and face all products forward
before leaving the store for the night.

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week with possibility for full-time position based on performance.
