**Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital** in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada is hiring **Registered** **Veterinary Technicians** to join our dedicated pet health care team.

Deparments: Oncology, Emergency, Ophthalmology, ICU and Surgery

Join us andbe a part of a new and growing referral hospital and would like to work with a dedicated and motivated team to bring this new vision to life on Vancouver Island. Our hospital and specialty departments are fun groups who takes great pride in their patient care and finds joy and satisfaction in being able to improve not only the quantity of time families can have with their pets but also their quality of life.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Completed a Veterinary Technician/Technologist or Animal Health Technician/Technologist program (eligible to register)
- Have a strong knowledge and understanding of normal vital parameters, and the ability to recognize changes and or abnormalities.
- Strong mathematics skills (drug dose calculations, CRI’s, dilutions)
- Excellent communication skills, computer and phone skills
- A strong desire to learn and to excel within the profession
- A willingness to enhance your technical skills; anesthesia, CRI’s, advanced nursing procedures
- A high level of professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$34.00 per hour
