- **Salary**: $58,000 - $60,000 per year

**Position Summary**:
As a **Logistics Analyst (Order Management)**, you will play a crucial role in our **3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment**, ensuring seamless order flow from client requests to final delivery. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams, and resolving order-related challenges to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end order flow, ensuring all orders are planned and prepared for execution.
- Track and trace orders through courier and carrier portals, ensuring real-time visibility and issue resolution.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and ad hoc KPI reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Research and resolve order exceptions in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Accurately enter and update customer orders across multiple platforms and interfaces.
- Work closely with operational teams to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
- Provide top-tier, professional customer service by effectively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Ability to quickly learn new TMS/WMS software and systems such as **Manhattan SCALE, SAP, and Salesforce**.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or technical certification in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field** (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of **one (1) year of experience** in the logistics or supply chain industry.
