**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as Tractors, Truck Plows.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- experience in heavy equipment operation but not needed, specifically with backhoe, loader, bulldozer, grader, and horizontal drilling equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
- Valid commercial driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
