**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Supervise staff performance through effective training development and coaching.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for new team members.
- Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for store supplies.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.
- Foster a welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Experience in training development, demonstrating the ability to enhance team skills effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage with diverse clientele; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and partners to maximize store resources.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
