**CONCIERGE - FULL TIME POSITION**

Located at The Trillium, in the heart of south-end Halifax. The Concierge sets the tone and the expectation for service excellence and client interaction within the Building. If you are an energetic and outgoing individual and enjoy a fast paced and diverse environment this could be the position for you.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities Include**:

- Manages client relations and provides excellent service to all owners and their guests;
- Communicates to all residents, guests, and employees in a professional manner;
- Anticipates and responds to all owner issues promptly and takes appropriate action to remedy the matter;
- Displays knowledge of all services, facilities and features of The Trillium and promotes the services and amenities to owners as appropriate;
- Maintain a visible and accessible profile;
- Provides all lobby services to in a courteous, efficient and accurate manner;
- Keeps up to date on current events to open discussions with clients;
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and supports other departments including the dining room, sales, maintenance, housekeeping and chauffeur;
- Receives all incoming packages/deliveries to the building;
- Provides information and responds to inquiries from owners and refers to appropriate person as necessary;
- Acts as coverage for the Front Desk reception area and performs all functions necessary in that role;
- Assists owners with luggage, parcels, and arranges carts/dollies as necessary;
- Maintains access control to the building and manages the main entrance and lobby areas;
- Ensures the front lobby and the main entrance to the building are in good repair and free of debris from corner to corner;
- Greets anyone coming through the front entrance;
**Requirements Include**:

- Ideally you have previous Concierge experience in a hotel environment of luxury living complex.
- Ability to work independently with confidence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills and an aptitude for technology.
- Ability to work a schedule of flexible hours and shifts as 24/7 - 365 days.
