**About us**

Our shop is an 18-year-old hair salon in downtown Halifax.
However, as the representative of the corporation changes this time, we are trying to expand the scope not only to hair, but also to nail, pedicure, eyelash extension, and semi-permanent makeup.
A total of 6 nail technicians, 2 hair dressers, and 2 eyelash extensions will be hired.
Currently, the shop is undergoing renovation and will reopen in mid-September.

*Job Overview*

*Responsibilities*
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and coloring services based on client requests
- Provide nail care, body waxing, and other beauty services as needed
- Offer excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Drive retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products

*Skills*
- Proficient in Nail care.
- Proficient in hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of nail care, body waxing, and retail sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and preferences
- Ability to sanitate workstations and tools effectively

Pay: $15.00-$24.99 per hour
