Established in 1993, FTS is a full service fabrication, millwrighting and CNC machining company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of custom products and equipment. FTS has developed a strong reputation for working with stainless steel and aluminum; although this does not deter us from working with other metals or plastics.

We have an immediate opening for a Full Time General Labourer - Day Shift.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Off loading and receiving raw materials
- De-burring metal parts
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading finished goods on trailers and trucks
- Assisting our skilled tradespeople while gaining experience to different trades (Welding, Fabricating, polishing, millwrighting, etc.)
- Maintaining an organized and safe work area

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Experience in an industrial setting (preferred)
- Lift truck experience (preferred)
- Prior experience using power and hand tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving
- Manual dexterity, frequent bending, twisting, reaching, grasping, squeezing, pulling, and pushing
- Able to lift up to 50 lb
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (no bus route available)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
