Sharp Trucking Services is seeking an experienced Class 1 Low Bed Winch Driver out of Saskatoon or Regina. We are a diverse company with many different types of loads that require diligent drivers who are adept at troubleshooting, planning, and who believe in a safe, productive work culture.

What we offer you:

- $1,500 welcome bonus (payable in 2 installments)
- Industry leading compensation - between $34-38 per hour for all hours worked plus overtime
- Pay for chain ups, waiting time, mine road driving, loading, and unloading
- $352 paid for on the road resets plus one night’s accommodation in a hotel room
- Paid orientation and training
- Immediate health and dental benefits including vision and prescription coverage (50/50 cost share)
- Assigned truck (Kenworth)
- Top tier equipment serviced inhouse with Sharp’s maintenance shop
- Flexible schedules
- Stable, year-round full-time employment

What you’ll need to join us:

- A minimum of 2 years of winch experience in a similar role
- Over size load experience
- Off-road driving experience
- Required safety tickets: Standard First Aid, H2S
- Additional safety tickets: GODI/ODA and PST an asset
- Competent with installing tire chains

A 5 year drivers abstract, completion of a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug and alcohol test will be required.
