We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor.

**Job Overview**:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, assess vehicle issues, communicate effectively with customers, and coordinate repair and maintenance services with the technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
- Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance, and service options
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for services
- Communicate repair status to customers and provide updates
- Work with service technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Maintain customer records and service history
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote additional services and products when appropriate

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, and management
- Proficient with computers and automotive service software
- A valid driver’s license

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer-facing role _(preferred, not required)_
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance _(preferred, not required)_

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
