- Responsable de 9 entités juridiques canadiennes (4 fabricants, 1 vente/service, 4 sociétés de portefeuille) situées en Ontario et au Québec
- Conformité légale, y compris
- Préparation rapide et précise des données des états financiers à inclure dans la déclaration de revenus
- Maintien de l’alignement du grand livre législatif par rapport aux PCGR (GAAP) américains
- Gérer le processus de demande et d’obtention de toute dispense de dépôt disponible
- Audit
- Liaison avec les audits internes et externes, y compris SOX
- Gérer le processus d’obtention de toute exemption d’audit disponible
- Conformité fiscale
- Liaison fédérale et provinciale en matière d’impôt sur le revenu des sociétés avec un conseiller fiscal pour le calcul de l’IRS et la préparation des déclarations
- Liaison fiscale indirecte (p. ex. taxe de vente) avec l’équipe de fiscalité indirecte basée aux États-Unis et un conseiller externe
- Déclarations et paiements d’impôts en temps opportun (impôts sur le revenu, impôts indirects et autres impôts locaux)
- Examens des entités pour assurer le respect des modèles de prix de transfert
- Participation active au processus mensuel de clôture des rapports GAAP des États-Unis, y compris la préparation / l’examen des rapprochements de comptes et des écritures de journal
- Surveillance des écritures comptables exécutées dans le Centre de services partagés à l’étranger
- Supervision du traitement de la comptabilité de paie
- Coordination de la trésorerie
- Tâches de secrétariat de fiscalité d'entreprise.
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, avec 2-3 ans dans un rôle similaire
- Détenir le titre professionnel de CPA (un atout).
- Solide connaissance des normes comptables du CNC (AcSB) et connaissance pratique des PCGR(GAAP) américains
- Connaissance pratique des règles fiscales canadiennes
- Maîtrise de l’français et de l’anglais (bilinguisme)
- Expérience antérieure de travail dans une organisation matricielle dynamique
- Résilient, habitué à travailler dans des délais serrés et changeants
- Joueur d’équipe, capable de travailler dans des équipes multidisciplinaires (par exemple, fiscalité, juridique, RH, SBU, SSC) sur plusieurs sites

**Job Title**: Tax Manager

- Statutory Compliance, including
- Timely and accurate preparation of Financial Statement data to be included in Tax return
- Maintenance of Statutory vs US GAAP ledger alignment
- Audit
- Internal and External audit liaison, including SOX
- Manage process of obtaining any available audit exemptions
- Tax Compliance
- Federal and Provincial Corporate income tax liaison with tax advisor for CIT computation and return preparation
- Indirect (e.g. Sales Tax) Tax liaison with US-based Indirect Tax team and external advisor
- Timely tax filings and payments (Income, indirect & other local taxes)
- Entity reviews to ensure adherence to transfer pricing models
- Active participation in monthly US GAAP reporting close process, including preparation / review of Account Reconciliations and Journal Entries
- Oversight of accounting entries executed in offshore Shared Service Centre
- Supervision of Processing of Payroll accounting
- Treasury coordination
- Company secretarial tasks
- Minimum 10 years’ of accounting experience, with 2-3 years in similar role
- CPA, CGA designation, or equivalent (Strong Asset)
- Strong knowledge of AcSB Accounting Standards and working knowledge of US GAAP
- Working knowledge of Canadian Tax rules
- Fluent business French and English
- Prior experience of working in a dynamic, matrix organization
- Resilient, accustomed to working to tight and changeable deadlines
- Team player, capable of working in multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. Tax, Legal, HR, SBU, SSC) across several locations
