**About us** Cowichan Station Area Association is a non profit organization in Cowichan Station, on Vancouver Island. Our cornerstone project is "The Hub" a retired SD 79 school-turned-community-center where we have sub leases including a daycare, A workworking Co-op, a pottery collective. The Hub has 4 affordable rental spaces available for community to rent for a myriad of activities. We host community events, a 15 hole disc golf course, and provide outdoor forest and field for recreation. Our 12 person Board of Directors needs help to make everything function. We are looking for a new staff member of the Hub at Cowichan Station that is self - motivated, and experienced, able to: - Work with the Board of Directors, Employees, and Tenants - Oversee in-person operations and online office management - help with grant writing & reporting - Work with CVRD, VIHA and contractors to support completion of projects - And enjoys working with people in a vibrant local community centre. Position is part-time, 24 hrs per week $27/hr. Qualifications: **Job Type**: Part-time **Salary**: $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
