**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**:
L’analyste occupe un poste central dans la préparation et la validation des états financiers. Il s’assure de l’intégralité et l’exactitude des transactions relatives à la Société de gestion. Il est responsable des analyses mensuelles des comptes de bilan. Il met en place des procédures adéquates et en assure le suivi, tout en étant un partenaire d’affaires avec ses intervenants internes et externes à l’organisation.

**RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES**:

- Analyser mensuellement les comptes de bilan
- Analyser mensuellement les écarts avec le budget
- Assister l’équipe des payables et recevables
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches de même nature ou d'ordre général reliées à l'emploi, demandées par son supérieur ou nécessitées par ses fonctions
- Participer à a production de divers rapports pour la direction
- Participer à divers projets d’amélioration continue et d’automatisation
- Préparer les états financiers mensuels
- Travailler en équipe avec ses collègues
- Travailler étroitement avec le contrôleur afin d’améliorer les processus
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations d'affaires avec les différentes équipes financières, opérationnelles, clients, fournisseurs et auditeurs externes
- Établir le processus de fin de mois et en assurer le suivi

**EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou administration des affaires, profil comptabilité
- Détenir une désignation de Comptables Professionnels Agréés (CPA) un atout
- Maîtrise des logiciels de MS Office, en particulier Excel
- Connaissance de Hopem un atout
