**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a pipelayer, you will play a critical role in our operations, ensuring that civil contracting projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the work area, including excavation, trenching, and removal of existing materials as necessary.
- Installing pipes accurately, ensuring proper alignment, slope, and grade according to project specifications.
- Assembling and connecting pipes using appropriate fittings, couplings, and joints.
- Operating equipment such as pipe lasers, levels, and measuring tools to ensure precise pipe installation.
- Performing tests and inspections on installed pipes to check for leaks, obstructions, or other issues.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
- Working collaboratively with the construction team, including equipment operators, laborers, and supervisors, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition and reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Completing necessary documentation, such as daily work logs and reports, as required.
- Safely locate and expose existing utilities with the support of an equipment operator.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
