**Job Title**: Warranty Coordinator (20-Months Contract)
**Reporting To**: Warranty Manager
**Department**: Home Services
**Rate of Pay**: Range 2 as per the Collective Agreement
**Location**: 30 High Meadow Pl
**File Number**: 2920
**Hours**: 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm
This position fulfils an important role in the product & parts supply channel and is responsible for processing, controlling warranty and part returns through the Warranty Department on behalf of the Service Patches. Other duties include the co-ordination of part returns from the FSL locations across Ontario; processing and managing claims to vendors and manufacturers for warranty / vendor credits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Screen, qualify and submit warranty claims to vendors/manufacturers daily from Clarify
- Complete weekly submission reports to our vendors for credits/payments
- Reconcile claims, update system with credit notes for standard claims (Clarify) and VCM's (GERS)
- Handle parts at High Meadow -Sort/Scrap -following 5S for our warehouse
- Work all FSL's warranty/new parts return lists and submit claims to vendor weekly for credits
- Follow up with vendors for outstanding credits

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills (Clarify, Excel, GERS)
- Good working knowledge & understanding of all warehouse processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift to 80 lbs.
- Forklift License in place, or willing to be trained, (re-)certified if needed
- Willing to work in a team environment and able to work in a warehouse environment, safety shoes are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-filled area
