**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide support in meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with hospice care when required, ensuring dignity and comfort for clients in their final stages of life.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong background in caregiving or senior care practices is highly valued.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed while assisting clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques that cater to specific dietary requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean environment for client safety and comfort.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in patient care or hospice care is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 per hour
