**Overview**

**Housing is provided**

Travel time from shop to job site: $16/hr

Shop wage: $16/hr

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Examples of duties include: picking rocks and roots with side-by-side, broadcasting seed, installing erosion control, installing barbed and/or paged wire fencing

**Requirements**:

- *Valid First Aid, H2S and Common Safety Orientation (CSO) is MANDATORY*

*
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
