**Position**:
JOB PURPOSE:
Working with the Boutique Management, the Client Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Client Service functions of the Boutique. Responsibilities include overseeing the POS System, Aftersales, Phone Communication, Cash Integrity, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, Client Service and assisting in management of all areas of Boutique operations as needed.

En collaboration avec le/la gestionnaire de boutique, le/la représentant(e) du service à la clientèle est responsable de la gestion quotidienne des fonctions du service à la clientèle de la boutique. Ses responsabilités comprennent la supervision du système de vente, l'après-vente, la communication téléphonique, l'intégrité de la caisse, le contrôle des inventaires, la prévention des pertes, le service à la clientèle et l'aide à la gestion de tous les domaines d'activité de la boutique, selon les besoins.
**Job responsibilities**:
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, having solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
- Use proper telephone etiquette when answering the phone, taking messages, answering customer inquiries, and when transferring calls.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
- In partnership with Boutique Leadership Team, manage all customer exchanges or returns.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Accurately complete all opening and closing procedures including securing all cash and receipts.
- Maintain orderly appearance of register area and keep supplies stocked.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support when needed to the selling floor.
- Participate in all inventories.
- Help solve problems and make informed suggestions that affect the service, and productivity of the cash wrap area.
- Support in general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, policy and procedures, receiving product, and other operational tasks as needed.

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Veiller à ce que chaque client reçoive un service exceptionnel en offrant un environnement amical et accueillant, ce qui inclut l'accueil et la reconnaissance des clients, le respect des normes d'entretien, une excellente connaissance des produits et tous les autres aspects du service à la clientèle
- Régler les caisses enregistreuses avec précision et efficacité et conserver avec exactitude toutes les liquidités et tous les supports aux caisses
- Respecter les règles d’étiquette téléphonique en répondant au téléphone, en prenant les messages, en répondant aux questions des clients et en transférant les appels.
- Aider à l'emballage des marchandises des clients.
- En partenariat avec l'équipe de gestion de la boutique, gérer tous les échanges ou retours des clients.
- Communiquer au gestionnaire les demandes et les réactions des clients
- Effectuer avec précision toutes les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture, y compris la mise en sécurité de l'argent liquide et des reçus
- Maintenir l'aspect ordonné de la zone de caisse et garder les fournitures en inventaire
- Participer aux déménagements, au marchandisage, à l'entretien des présentoirs et à l'entretien
- Apporter un soutien, si nécessaire, à l'équipe de vente
- Participer à tous les inventaires de produits
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes et faire des suggestions éclairées qui affectent le service et la productivité de la zone d'emballage des produits
- Soutenir les tâches opérationnelles générales de la boutique, y compris la sûreté et la sécurité, les politiques et les procédures.
**Profile**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury background preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including varies hours / days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**
- Au minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail, de préférence dans le secteur du luxe.
- Capacité à travailler à temps plein selon un horaire variable, y compris la nuit, les fin de semaine et les jours fériés, selon les besoins.
