Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant and hotel. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the establishment by managing staff, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food service.

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create menus and ensure quality food service
- Utilize POS systems to track sales, analyze data, and make informed business decisions
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or hotel management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of food service industry trends and best practices
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using POS systems for sales tracking and analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
