**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to maintain clear communication with patients and staff.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes as needed.
- Collaborate with dental or medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or front desk clerk is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.40-$41.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sherbrooke, QC J1J 4H6
