The position will report to F&B Supervisor.
Job Overview
As a Bartender, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests of our restaurant feel unique and valued.
Responsibilities and Duties
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Other duties as assigned.
Assist Food & Beverage management team with stock-take as requested.
Assist in transporting of food, beverage, and other items to and from the kitchen.
Attend Department meetings as requested.
Insuring the servers get their drinks fast and efficiently.
Ensure that all drink orders from servers are accurately rung into the POS.
Education and Experience
Highly responsible & reliable
Minimum of 2 years of Experience is required
Proserve Certification from AGLC
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.

Skills and Abilities
Assist Food & Beverage management team with stock-take as requested.
Assist in transporting of food, beverage, and other items to and from the kitchen.
Attend Department meetings as requested.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling.
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps??
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
