**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate in safety / office administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in safety administration
- Strong team support skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Diplomacy, professionalism, out-going personality
- Strong organizational skills, flexible schedule
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate to expert level with Excel
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good understanding of safety protocol and audit preparedness

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Safety Team Lead
- Lead and administer safety program/meetings
- Process WCB reports
- Maintain safety documents and files
- Safety inspections/reporting
- Preparations for safety audits
- Assist with general office administrative duties

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
