Ultimately, the role of the Retail Sales Associate is to reach or exceed the company's sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Keep up to date on products to answer questions and provide to customer
- Process sales transactions, exchanges and refunds
- Create and present quotes for products to existing or potential customers
- Research and seek out new customers
- Maintain show room display areas and restocking product duties
- General cleaning and organizational duties
- Other related duties

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service and retail sales required
- Cashier experience an asset
- Knowledge of power tools, fasteners, construction an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work well under pressure.
- Team player, and customer-focused
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Telephone skills are an asset
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work at heights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
