**The Opportunity**:

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Sales liaison on technical issues impacting accounts in the Western Canada Zone.
- Provide technical expertise to Zone team on product issues.
- Provide troubleshooting training as appropriate to customers both internal and external.
- Proven sales ability in identifying opportunities for up/cross selling potential
- Professional and effective communication through 1 - 1 and small group training sessions around usage, maintenance, and optimization to strengthen technical capabilities and technical knowledge of SAMs, RAMs, and customers.
- Collaborate with Field Service team in supporting shows within the Canada Business to ensure appropriate coverage
- Requires solid and continued conversation and information sharing between RAMs, SAMs, ZVP, and Field Service Engineers.
- Other duties as assigned
**General Skills, Attributes and Qualifications**:
- Diploma, degree and/or vocational training in electrical/mechanical areas.
- Previous technical training, licenses and/or certification preferred such as CFESA certification.
- Knowledge of BUNN product lines would be a definite asset.
- Refrigerant handling certification and experience repairing refrigeration devices would be preferred.
- Previous customer service experience would be an asset.
- Excellent phone manners and intense passion to satisfy the customer.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and service electromechanical equipment.
- Must be willing and available to travel (approx. 25-35% of the time).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, and self-confident with a positive attitude.
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must clear background check and a have a valid Driver’s License in good standing, as well as a Passport.
